David Faith is a real estate agent at Dalton Wade Real Estate Group in Tampa Bay, Florida, and the founder of RealSparkz. With 30 years in IT spanning financial services and global banking, David brings a systems-engineering approach to real estate operations and lead distribution.

He leads the Tampa Bay House Hunter Team, where this platform first proved itself. RealSparkz was built because no existing referral network was good enough to use for the team's own work — so we built one that was.
